.i was finally brave and completed the list.
.i graduated, i got the car, the job, and finally, the haircut.
.16 inches, gone.
.they put it in pigtails so they could save it for locks of love.
.and 1,2,3 CHOP.
.the man who cut one of the pigtails off yelled at a coworker to get the trash, he thought i was going to throw up, truth be told, so did i.
.when she handed me the mirror to look at the back when it was done i looked for half of a second and then almost cried, so i handed the mirror back and told her i couldnt look.
.she asked if i was shocked, im not shocked... im sick, i yelled.
.and now.
.I LOVE IT.

.moving.

.yep thats right.
.we're moving to salem.
.packing sucks, cleaning sucks.
.but im excited to live closer to work, family, etc.
.ill let you know when we're in and settled.

.general conference.

.watched conference with the mr. this weekend.
.it was the best, i laid there and listened while he scratched my back through every session.

.dear students, i hope you are prepared to die.
.i had to rush into a meeting during school hours today so my boss graciously offered to watch my class while i was gone.
.about 1/2 way through the period she needed to use the restroom so she left them.
.unattended.
.during this time they locked her out.
.shit heads.
.well I had the key at another school, so she was scrambling to find someone with a master.
.when she found the key she unlocked the door and the little brats held the door shut.
.she didn't want to give them any negative attention so she just waited outside the door until she knew they were no longer holding the door and went in.
.i found a note on the floor that read.
."im afraid for tomorrow, miss mccoy is going to be so mad".
."me too".
.well they better be afraid because i am going to KILL.

.perspective.

.its amazing how things can change.
.simply by looking at them differently.
.for instance.
.i was a road rager. still am. sometimes.
.BUT.
.when the mr. and i started dating he couldnt handle the rage.
.he told me to lower my expectations, expect to be cut off and get behind the slow car.
.so when they don't cut me off or drive fast.
.im surprised and happy.
.hehe.
.seriously, though.
.if i start to feel angry i try to redirect my thoughts, focusing on the positive, or realize its usually not that big of a deal.
.and i get mad a lot less.
.i believe that the book 'how full is your bucket' has changed my life.
.if you havent read it yet. do. you will not regret it.

.in other news.
.we are packing, need to move in the next 30 days.
.i got a flu shot today, and loved it.
.didn't burn sting or itch like my immunotherapy shots.
.me and the mr. have been dating 9 mo. as of last sunday.
.and i wish people blogged more often so i could have some entertainment.

.i feel good.

.some days i wake up and just feel happy.
.today.
.was one of those days.
.maybe its that i finally reached my goal of wearing skinny jeans.
.and DONT look like a cow in them.
.or so i hope.
.i put them on and came out of the dressing room to ask for an employees opinion.
.i see a man beyond fashionably dressed so i asked him, assuming he worked there.
.do these make me look fat?.
.NO, he replied, you look really good in them.
.next thing i know a woman came out of the next dressing room.
.grabbed his arm and the left the store.
.oooops, i guess it was her boyfriend and she was NOT happy i asked.
.or maybe its because its the first official day of fall.
.which just happens to be my favorite season.
.i am going to celebrate with one of these.
.or maybe its because i fell asleep reading the new nicholas sparks novel.
.and slept in thirty minutes to enjoy my warm bed.
.whatever it is, the feeling is always welcome.
