.what is the worst possible thing you could possibly do to yourself?.

.its going on a diet.
.i started HCG after seeing my parents phenomenal results.
.all i have to say is how the hell did the do it.
.i was losing good and the diet was fine.
.then i started feeling deprived.
.very.
.VERY.
.deprived.
.so i cheated and gained a million pounds.
.today i am beginning a more dedicated version of last weeks diet.
.please bless the pounds begin to fall off.

.this week was our lake powell houseboat week.

.can you say AMAZING.
.it was seriously one of the best lake powell trips ever.
.me and cim were only able to go for a few days but we still loved it. too bad we both have jobs :(.

.yesterday was my birthday. it was fabulous. thanks to my family and friends who made it one of the best birthday's ever.
